This document reorganizes the existing "Marketplace" knowledge base article into an Admin / Employee structure. All content, steps, field names, and rules below are taken directly from the source article at hello.besimplified.com — nothing has been added, removed, or invented. Only the grouping and headings have changed.
Note on Role Scope: The source article explicitly covers two audiences: administrators/owners/equivalent roles who manage organizational apps, and general users who access installed applications. Installation, uninstallation, and configuration are Admin/Owner-only. General users (Employees) can only launch applications that have already been installed, through My Apps.
