Marketplace Overview
The Marketplace in Simplified HR is a central hub for discovering, installing, and managing applications. This guide section is for general users who want to access applications that have already been installed for the organization.
Important: Installing and uninstalling applications requires Owner, Admin, or equivalent permissions. General users access installed applications through My Apps rather than managing them in the Marketplace.
Access My Apps
For general users, applications are launched from My Apps in the navigation menu.
Launch Installed Application
Employees can access applications made available to them according to their role and permissions, via My Apps.
Important: Access is provided as per Roles and Permissions.
Unable to Launch Application

Ensure the app is properly installed.

Check your role-based access permissions.

Contact your system administrator if you need additional apps or encounter an installation issue.
Application Not Available in My Apps
Possible causes:

The application has not been installed by the organization.

You do not have the required role permission.

Application access is restricted according to Roles and Permissions.
Important: The source documentation recommends contacting the system administrator if additional apps are needed or an installation/access issue occurs. General users cannot resolve organization-level installation issues themselves.
