Should you be unable to access your Simplified account, you can try to recover your password.
Please note that this process only applies to accounts made using a Simplified login. Accounts made using a Google login will need to use Google’s account password recovery system, or by asking your Google Workspace admin to reset it for you.
From the Login Page select Forgot Password?
On the Forgot Password? screen, enter the email you have associated with your Simplified account in the Email blank then select Reset Password.
You should receive a password reset email in the inbox you entered shortly after selecting Reset Password. Please ensure the email looks like the example below and is sent from the [email protected] address. Disregard any password reset email not sent from besimplified.com.
Select Set New Password.
You will be linked to the Reset Password page. Verify the address on this page starts with
Disregard the email if it does not.
Create a password to match the provided requirements shown as your type. Repeat the same password in the Confirm Password blank. You may reveal what you have typed in either blank by selecting the eye button in the right side of the blank.
Please note that resetting your password does not bypass any Two Factor Authentication options you have configured.
