Dashboard Overview

Dashboard The Dashboard page is where users can view a complete overview of hiring activity in Simplified Hire. It brings together job-related information, recruiter performance, candidate activity, upcoming interviews, calendar events, candidate sources, candidate stages, and inbox messages in one central page. Common sections like the left menu and page header are available on the Dashboard page, allowing users to navigate across the platform while reviewing hiring progress. To access the Dashboard page, log in to Simplified Hire and open the Dashboard from the left menu if it is not already displayed after login. Dashboard Overview The Dashboard gives users a quick summary of important recruitment information. Users can view the number of jobs posted, the number of active candidates, and the number of upcoming interviews. These summary cards help hiring teams understand the current hiring workload without opening each individual module separately. The Dashboard also displays graphical and tabular hiring information so that users can quickly review the overall recruitment status of the organization. Calendar and Scheduled Events The Dashboard includes a calendar section where users can view scheduled events. Users can view scheduled event information directly from the Dashboard calendar. If the user clicks on the calendar, the Calendar page will be displayed. Active Jobs The Active Jobs section displays active job information in a tabular format. Candidates

The Candidates page is where users can view, search, filter, add, import, and manage candidate records in Simplified Hire. It provides a complete candidate listing with job association, application date, current stage, recruiter information, source, AI rating, recruiter rating, and candidate-specific actions. Common sections like the left menu and top profile header are available on the Candidates page, allowing users to move across Dashboard, Jobs, Calendar, Talent Pool, Reports, and Settings while working with candidate information. To access the Candidates page, log in to Simplified Hire and click on Candidates from the left menu. Overview The Candidates page displays candidate records in a table format. Calender

The Calendar page is where users can view and manage scheduled interview events in Simplified Hire. It displays interview schedules in both calendar and list-style layouts and allows users to filter events by interviewer. Common sections like the left menu and top profile header are available on the Calendar page, allowing users to navigate across the platform while reviewing scheduled interviews. To access the Calendar page, log in to Simplified Hire and click on Calendar from the left menu. Calendar Overview The Calendar page displays interview events together with an agenda panel. The page includes an Add Event button, view toggle icons, interviewer filter, month navigation, Week and Month view options, and the calendar event grid. The agenda panel shows scheduled interviews grouped by date, while the calendar area shows the same interview events on their corresponding calendar dates. Agenda The Agenda section appears on the left side of the Calendar page. It groups scheduled events by date and displays the interview time, interview type, candidate name, and job name. In the visible agenda, events are shown for dates such as 01 June and 30 June. Each agenda item displays the start time and end time on the left side, followed by the event type and the candidate-job information.
